Envelope Printing

Get your business noticed with your very own envelope printing. Envelopes are printed on DL, C6, C5 and C4 sizes. You can choose from a range of stock for your pre-assembled envelope and from 100gm Cartridge or 130gm Gloss Art paper for your 'Printed then made envelopes. Envelopes can be printed in spot colour or full colour as appropriate.

We have two techniques for producing your printed envelopes.

Pre-assembled Envelopes: The first way is to take a fully finished envelope and overprint it. The advantage of this method is that it is possible to print small quantities of envelopes relatively inexpensively. The disadvantage is that there are inherent difficulties in printing pre-assembled envelopes. Printed then made Envelopes: This way of envelope printing does not suffer from the limitations inferred above. It is possible to print on every part of the envelope, and Printed then made envelope image even print on the inside if that is required.

The disadvantage is that the cost of making envelopes from printed sheets is prohibitively expensive for smaller runs. In designing for ‘Printed then made Envelopes' it is only necessary to consider the finished envelope layout, and how the design envisaged will fit on to it.
